Review: Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing

In a frantic battle to the checkered flag, Sonic and his friends speed around tracks all taken from the universes of Sonic and SEGA inSonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing. Each character has a specific All-Star move for a quick way to get back into the race. Collect power-ups and weapons around the tracks and use them against the opposition to ensure they’re not a threat for that number one position. Battle it out in single or multiplayer mode, with up to four friends racing in frantic split-screen action, or with up to eight players competing online in the ultimate racing showdown.

Review: Battlefield: Bad Company 2

Battlefield Bad Company 2 brings the Battlefield gameplay to the forefront featuring best-in-class vehicular combat with unexpected “Battlefield moments.” New vehicles like the ATV and a transport helicopter allow for all-new multiplayer tactics in the warzone. With the Frostbite-enabled Destruction 2.0 system you can take entire buildings down, and create your own fire points by blasting holes through cover.

Compete in four-player teams in two exclusive squad-only game modes, fighting together to unlock exclusive team awards and achievements. Battles are set across eight expansive sandbox maps, each with a different tactical focus. The game also sees the return of the B Company squad in a more mature single player campaign.

Review: BioShock 2

Set approximately 10 years after the events of the original BioShock, the halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Review: Dante’s Inferno

Based on part one of Dante Alighieri’s classic poem “The Divine Comedy,” Dante’s Inferno is a third-person action adventure game taking Dante on an epic journey through Hell as he seeks to rescue the soul of his beloved Beatrice. Descend through the nine circles of Hell: limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud, and treachery. Each circle features distinct environments, enemies, and story elements befitting the sins committed by their inhabitants, with large-scale beasts and bosses, some of which Dante will be able to fully tame, utilizing them to throw back Hell’s wrath to its minions. Armed with Death’s Scythe, Beatrice’s Holy Cross, magic powers and a deep, customizable upgrade system, take full advantage of fast and fluid gameplay running at a constant 60 frames per second.

Review: Mass Effect 2

Review: Dark Void

Dark Void is a new sci-fi action-adventure game combining an adrenaline-fuelled blend of aerial and on-foot combat set in a parallel universe called “The Void.” Take on the role of Will, a pilot on a routine air cargo flight dropped into incredible circumstances as he crashes in the Bermuda Triangle leading him to be trapped in the Void. Will soon finds himself swept into a desperate struggle for survival at the head of a group called The Survivors. Trapped in the Void, these resistance fighters are battling to hold off a mysterious alien race that plans to threaten Earth.

The unique combination of in-air and on-ground combat creates a thrilling new gameplay dynamic to the third-person shooter experience. Taking 3-D action to a whole new level, the vertical combat system of Dark Void allows players to dangle from thousand foot drops as they take cover and take out enemies from above and below, bringing a whole new sense of vulnerability and thrill to the player. Defying gravity in vertical combat is only half the battle as, over time, Will is upgraded to a powerful rocket pack allowing for fierce in-air combat. Fly through the void at unparalleled speeds shooting down anything in your path. Blasting away at massive bosses has never been this much fun as Dark Void offers a unique grip system made up of a variety of grip-based mini-games including skyjacking UFOs mid-flight.
