Well sorry for the lack of updates recently, but I have been on holiday for the last week. Although when I say holiday I really mean I’ve been off work playing Modern Warfare 2 all of last week.
Anyway I’m now back so prepare for an onslaught of news updates.
So, the more astute of may have noticed that has been a bit quieter around here than normal. Well I’m kind of on holiday at the moment – well not at work at least. This means that I’m not updating things as regular as I should, but don’t fret, I’ll be back very soon with regular Xbox News and Stuff…

Holy crap, DonkeyBiscuits.com is now one year old today…!!! Who would have thought that my little website would have lasted that long, or rather my interest in maintaining it would have lasted that long.
Things were a bit slow in the first few months with me not having many visitors I didn’t really have the motivation to write new stories. But as things progressed I started posting more and subsequently got more visitors.

Well you may or may not have noticed, but Donkey Biscuits.com has been a bit quite over the last few days. Well I’ve been a bit sick recently, so haven’t had much drive to update anything. But the good news is I’m better now, so expect to see loads of updates this week…
Today is a good day for Xbox gamers everywhere as it marks the re-launch of the excellent Xbox 360 Leagues, v3.0. After a brief hiatus (the longest 10 days of my life), the 360 Leagues is back with a vengeance with an all new and improved website and forum.

In what can only be described as a complete brain fart, someone at Sony (or working to promote them) has used an image from Project Gotham Racing 3 on the Xbox 360 to advertise Gran Turismo HD on the psp.connect.com website yesterday. Quite why this image was used for the advert no-one knows. Perhaps it was some kind of really sophisticated advertising campaign to get loads of Xbox owners to visit a Sony website, or just someone who really messed up big time.
The advert appears to have been pulled by the website now.

Well this shouldn’t have really come as such a big surprise, but Sony has announced that the Playstation 3 European release has been pushed back from November 2006 until March 2007.
Just confirms to me that despite all of its reported problems, the Xbox 360 launch was one of the best managed ever.
