- Go to Settings->System Settings->Memory.
- From here, scroll down to Fallout 3 and press A.

So after much sleepless nights waiting for the second Fallout 3 DLC, The Pitt, there appears to be a major problem.
Everyone who has downloaded the Xbox 360 version is reporting lots and lots of errors. Most notably are dozens of big red exclamation marks floating in mid-air, indicating missing textures.
There’s no official word on what exactly has gone wrong, so the best bet is to hold off from downloading the DLC until the all clear has been given.
Watch this space… or … you can follow the story over at the Bethesda website:
Update 1 (source: Bethblog.com)
We are continuing to look into the issues people are experiencing with The Pitt for Xbox 360. As of now it looks like the file for the English version on Xbox Live was somehow corrupted. We are currently working with Microsoft to remove the existing file off of Live to prevent any further downloads. Our plan is to replace it with a new file as soon as possible. We hope to have another update for you shortly.
Update 2 (source: Bethblog.com)
Our team is doing some final checks late tonight and if everything looks okay, we are hopeful it will be back up and available tomorrow.
Update 3 (source: Bethesda forums)
I just got word that The Pitt DLC is now uploading and should be available for download sometime this evening. When it is up, I’ll let everyone know.
In the meantime, if you downloaded the corrupted content, you’ll want to delete it.
From the Xbox 360 dashboard:
Select My Xbox
Select System Settings
Select Memory
Select Hard Drive
Select Games
Select Fallout 3
From there, you’ll find your game saves and DLC content. Just delete The Pitt DLC file.
When the new version of The Pitt becomes available, you’ll be able to re-download it at no additional cost.
I’ve received several questions about game saves. We highly recommend using game saves made prior to the DLC content being loaded to your game.
Thanks for your patience, we hope you enjoy playing The Pitt.

With over ten hours of gameplay and exciting new multiplayer modes, The Lost and Damned has received acclaim from critics and gamers alike, setting a new bar for quality and depth in episodic content. “The success of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned redefines what consumers expect from game add-ons,” said Marc Whitten, general manager of Xbox LIVE. “Content like this is extending the lives of our favorite games and fundamentally changing the way we play.”
Developed by series creator Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned follows new protagonist Johnny Klebitz and his motorcycle gang as they wreak havoc on the streets of Liberty City.
